Job summary

Premier Inn in Seaton is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead a Dream Team and drive guest satisfaction, service standards and operational excellence. You’ll oversee Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance, develop your team, and ensure safe, compliant daily operations in a busy coastal hotel.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality or a similar environment.
• Strong leadership with a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards.
• Manage daily hotel operations, including the bar and kitchen, to keep Premier Inn the UK's number one.
• Understand the bigger picture and what really matters in your hotel to drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations to maintain our high-quality standards.
