Job summary

Premier Inn Camborne is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead our Dream Team and drive guest satisfaction at Treswithian Road, Camborne. You will oversee daily hotel operations, develop and motivate the team, and uphold our brand standards to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

As the hotel leader, you’ll ensure safety, manage Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance, and identify opportunities to improve performance and guest satisfaction while delivering the UK’s number one

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our team of Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance to ensure outstanding service and compliance with our brand standards.
• Work with the team to manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one
• Understand the bigger picture and what really matters in your hotel to drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations to maintain our high-quality standards
