• Lead and motivate Front of House and Housekeeping to ensure outstanding service and compliance with our brand standards.
• Manage daily hotel operations including the bar and kitchen to keep us the UK’s number one.
• Understand the bigger picture and drive improvement, spotting commercial opportunities while maintaining safety standards.
