Premier Inn is seeking a Multi-site Hotel Manager to lead two Elgin hotels, driving guest satisfaction and ensuring exceptional service. You will oversee operations, develop management teams and uphold Premier Inn's culture and brand standards in a two-hotel cluster.

You will direct daily operations, mentor Hotel Managers, and spot opportunities for improvement while maintaining health and safety and driving regional plans.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a complex, high-profile business with hierarchy and matrix structure.
• Strong leadership with a track record of coaching and developing large teams.
• Excellent team management and communication with a warm, genuine approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate Hotel Managers across 2 hotels to ensure outstanding service, results and compliance.
• Manage daily operations within the hotels, including bar and kitchen, to keep us UK’s number one.
• Understand the bigger picture and drive improvement and commercial opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotels.
• Lead, develop and coach Hotel Managers to deliver high performing teams.
• Support the delivery of regional plans and results within brand standards.
