Job summary

Travelodge Bath City Centre is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead, coach and motivate the hotel team on a full-time basis. You will shape guest experiences by empowering your team and ensuring service excellence across all departments.

Key duties include developing personal growth plans, recruiting and inducting new staff, maintaining brand standards for food and beverage, managing rosters and safety, and driving KPI performance to deliver strong profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a service-led customer-facing industry.
• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to drive KPI targets and scorecard measures.
• Adept at rota management and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate hotel teams.
• Create personal development plans for career growth.
• Recruit motivated team members and provide onboarding.
• Ensure food/beverage is prepared and presented to brand standards.
• Maximise food and beverage sales through cross- and upselling.
• Review customer feedback and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure rooms and public areas are clean per company standards.
• Oversee repairs or maintenance when required.
• Manage rotas, banking and safety compliance.
