Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Hilton experience is a plus.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Job description

Crimson hotels is a fast growing, independently family-owned hotel group who manage seven branded hotels, operating under two major brands of Hilton and IHG.

As the Hotel Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Woking, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and strong team performance. Your leadership will align with Crimson Hotels’ Vision, Mission, and Values, as well as Hilton brand standards and company objectives, to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences while maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

  • Ensure smooth hotel operations and address any guest or operational issues promptly and professionally.
  • Champion the Hilton service culture and ensure every guest receives a meaningful stay experience, and ensure the property consistently meets or exceeds Hilton’s quality assurance evaluations.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire department heads and their teams to achieve operational and service excellence.
  • Assist the Cluster General Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive revenue growth through effective cost controls and service enhancement.
  • Collaborate with commercial team to support business development and occupancy
  • Ensure compliance with Crimson and Hilton policies, local regulations, and health & safety standards.

Personal qualities

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Results driven with financial acumen and ability to analyse and act on performance metrics.
  • Operational excellence.
  • Adaptability and resilience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive hotel operations experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Hilton experience is a plus).
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
