Job summary

Premier Inn in Ashchurch, Tewkesbury, part of Whitbread, is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead a dedicated Dream Team and deliver exceptional guest satisfaction. You’ll oversee daily hotel operations, uphold brand standards, and drive improvements that keep the hotel successful.

As the hotel leader you’ll develop your team, ensure safety and high service quality, and utilise commercial opportunities to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our team of Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance to ensure outstanding service and compliance with our brand standards
• Work with the team to manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one
• Understand the bigger picture and what really matters in your hotel to drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations to maintain our high-quality standards
