Job summary

Premier Inn in Littlehampton is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead a hospitality Dream Team, driving guest satisfaction and hotel performance. You will manage the hotel operations, coach a diverse team, and uphold Premier Inn’s safety and service standards to deliver exceptional experiences for guests.

As the leader of the hotel, you’ll develop your team, foster a positive culture, and work with the Whitbread brand to maintain high-quality service and compliance across all hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
• Excellent team management and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance teams to ensure outstanding service and compliance with our brand standards.
• Manage daily hotel operations, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one.
• Understand the bigger picture and what really matters in your hotel to drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations to maintain our high-quality standards.
