Job summary

Premier Inn in Tonbridge is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead our Dream Team and elevate guest satisfaction at Pembury Road. You will own daily operations, ensure safety, and model our brand culture across all service areas.

Lead Front of House, Housekeeping and Maintenance to deliver outstanding standards, develop your team, and spot opportunities to improve performance while upholding Premier Inn’s promise of a great guest experience. Salary £30,000 - £35,000.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service.
• Excellent team management and communication skills with a warm, genuine approach to people and a capacity to engender trust and win support at all levels
• Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our team across Front of House, Housekeeping Back of House and Maintenance to ensure outstanding service and brand standards.
• Manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one
• Understand the bigger picture and what really matters in your hotel to drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations to maintain our high-quality standards.
