Job summary

Premier Inn in London Tooting is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead a diverse Dream Team and drive guest satisfaction at our Premier Inn London Tooting property. You will oversee front-of-house, housekeeping, and maintenance, delivering outstanding service while upholding brand standards and safety.

You will be responsible for daily operations, team development, and driving improvements to keep our hotel as the UK’s number one choice for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in the hospitality industry or similar environment where you led a team to success.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service.
• Excellent team management and communication skills with a warm, genuine approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance to ensure outstanding service and brand standards.
• Manage daily hotel operations including the bar and kitchen to maintain the UK’s number one level of service.
• Understand the bigger picture and drive improvements while spotting commercial opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations.
