Job summary

Premier Inn at The Colonnades Leisure Park, Purley Way, Croydon seeks an experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll manage daily operations, drive service excellence, and uphold Premier Inn standards within a vibrant hotel environment.

With a focus on safety, team development, and guest satisfaction, you’ll guide Front of House, Housekeeping, and Maintenance while maintaining our unique culture and brand integrity across the property.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate our team of Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance to ensure outstanding service and compliance with our brand standards
• Work with the team to manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one
• Understand the bigger picture and what really matters in your hotel to drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities

What You’ll Need

• Previous management experience in the hospitality industry or similar environment where you led a team to success
