Job summary

Premier Inn in Ashchurch, Tewkesbury is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead a Dream Team and drive guest satisfaction at Shannon Way hotel. As the hotel leader you’ll manage Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance to deliver outstanding service and uphold our brand standards.

You’ll develop your team, drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities while ensuring health and safety across the site.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality or similar environment with team leadership.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service.
• Excellent team management and communication with a warm, genuine approach.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards
• Manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one
• Understand the bigger picture and what really matters in your hotel to drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations to maintain high-quality standards
