Berkeley Scott Limited in Manchester City Centre seeks an experienced, hands-on Hotel Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a busy hotel. You will drive guest satisfaction, revenue and profitability while managing budgets and cost control.

You will recruit, coach and develop department managers, ensure health and safety, and collaborate with sales and revenue teams to maximise occupancy and market share.

• Previous Hotel Manager experience in a hotel environment.

Berkeley Scott seeks an experienced, hands-on Hotel Manager to lead daily operations at a busy site in Manchester City Centre. This permanent post carries a salary plus bonus. The successful candidate will safeguard outstanding guest satisfaction, drive revenue and profitability, manage budgets and cost control, and recruit, coach and develop department managers. Compliance with health andamp; safety, legal and brand standards is essential, as is effective handling of guest feedback and service recovery. Close collaboration with sales and revenue colleagues to maximise occupancy and market share is expected. Strong leadership, commercial acumen and communication skills are key.
