Job summary

Rudding Park is seeking an exceptional Hotel Manager to shape the next chapter of this distinctive UK resort. You will lead a multi‑discipline operation spanning Rooms, Food & Beverage, Kitchens, meetings and events, and Spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong business results.

Reporting to the Resort General Manager, you’ll drive strategic and hands‑on leadership, develop talent, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead resort hotel operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Kitchens, meetings and events and Spa.
• Develop and coach leaders; drive high performance and engagement across all departments.
• Improve profitability, identify growth opportunities and optimise operations while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Reporting to our Resort General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the continued success of Rudding Park, with the opportunity to influence how we operate, develop our people and shape the future of the resort.

Working closely with our Heads of Department and Senior Leadership Team, you’ll bring people together, encourage fresh thinking and ensure our high standards are consistently delivered.
