Job summary

Winners Recruitment is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a 35-bedroom hotel and related hospitality businesses. You will drive revenue, maintain high standards across accommodation and F&B, and lead management teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage budgets, staffing, and compliance across Health & Safety and licensing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in hotel management.
• Experience as Hotel Manager, Assistant Hotel Manager or similar.
• Food Safety Level 3 and a Personal Licence.
• Strong Health & Safety and operational knowledge.
• Experience with hotel booking and revenue management systems.
• An understanding of budgets, GP, payroll and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• A professional, proactive and commercially focused approach.
• Experience with Guestline, Hotel Perfect, Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb or similar platforms would be advantageous.

We are seeking an experienced and professional Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a 35-bedroom hotel and associated hospitality businesses.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the hotel, inn, self-catering accommodation, weddings and events, bars and restaurants.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences, maintaining high standards, developing your people and achieving strong commercial performance.
