Job summary

Premier Inn in Torquay is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead our Dream Team and drive guest satisfaction across every touchpoint. You'll oversee Front of House and Housekeeping, manage daily operations, and foster a culture that delivers our renowned Premier Inn experience while ensuring safety and brand standards are consistently met.

You will develop your team, reward high performance, and align with the UK's leading hotel brand.
