Premier Inn is seeking a Hotel Manager in Salisbury to lead our hospitality Dream Team and drive guest satisfaction to new heights. You will steer daily operations, coach front-of-house and housekeeping teams, and uphold Premier Inn's renowned standards.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and motivate our team of Front of House and Housekeeping to ensure outstanding service and compliance with our brand standards

• Previous management experience in the hospitality industry or similar environment where you led a team to success
