Job summary

Premier Inn Southport Central is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead a busy Dream Team and drive guest satisfaction to new heights. You’ll be the hotel’s visible leader, responsible for safety, service standards and day-to-day operations across front of house and housekeeping.

You’ll develop, motivate and manage your team, delivering consistent, great experiences for guests while upholding Premier Inn’s culture.

• Lead and motivate our Front of House and Housekeeping teams to deliver outstanding service and adhere to brand standards
• Oversee daily hotel operations, including bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one
• Understand the bigger picture of the hotel and drive improvement and commercial opportunities
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and maintain high-quality standards
