Job summary

Ibis London Wembley is looking for a Maintenance Team Member to keep our hotel in top condition. You will perform general repairs and painting, support preventative maintenance, care for guest rooms and public areas, and work with managers and contractors to uphold safety standards.

The role is full time, permanent, 5 days a week, with an expected start mid-November 2026 and a salary up to £30,014.40 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant hands on experience in area of expertise
• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times

Responsibilities

• Complete general repairs and maintenance across the hotel
• Carry out painting and decorating works
• Support preventative maintenance programmes
• Maintain guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities
• Work closely with the management team and external contractors
• Ensure health, safety and compliance standards are met at all times
