Job summary

Welcome Break operates in London and is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Team Member to spot and fix issues in guest rooms and common areas. This hands-on role requires taking direct action and working with hotel management to uphold our standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include general repairs, routine maintenance, keeping plant rooms clean, recording daily service work, and adhering to health and safety policies. On-site meals and staff discounts accompany the job.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18 or over.
• Knowledge of heating and hot water systems.

Responsibilities

• Performing general repairs and services
• Perform all routine preventable maintenance
• Maintain clean and tidy plant rooms
• Attend all types of repairs and maintenance work in the hotel
• Repair and maintain guest room facilities, lights, furniture and equipment
• Record daily service work
• Respond to requests from management regarding maintenance issues throughout the day
• Comply with policies relating to Health and Safety at work
