Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to comply with safety policies.
• Hands-on role fixing maintenance issues in hotel
• Spot and fix issues in rooms and common areas
• Collaborate with hotel management to maintain standards

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and services
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain clean and tidy plant rooms
• Attend all types of repairs and maintenance in the hotel
• Repair and maintain guest room facilities, lights, furniture and equipment
• Record daily service work
• Respond to management maintenance requests throughout the day
• Check hotel rules and regulations per the handbook
• Comply with Health and Safety at work
• Knowledge of heating and hot water systems
