Welcome Break is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Team Member in Warwick. This hands-on role involves spotting and fixing maintenance issues across guest rooms and public areas to ensure a great stay for guests, with immediate start and overtime available.

You will perform general repairs, routine maintenance, and keep plant rooms clean while adhering to health and safety policies. On-site parking and staff discounts are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18 or over.
• Hands-on maintenance in hotel environments.
• Adhere to Health and Safety at work.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and services in rooms and common areas.
• Carry out routine preventative maintenance.
• Maintain clean and tidy plant rooms.
• Attend repairs and maintenance work as required.
• Repair and maintain guest room facilities, lights, furniture and equipment.
• Record daily service work.
• Respond to management maintenance requests throughout the day.
• Ensure compliance with hotel rules and the company handbook.
• Knowledge of heating and hot water systems.
