Job summary

Thistle Kensington Gardens in London is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to help keep our hotel running smoothly. You’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, fix issues, and ensure spaces and equipment are guest-ready, working with the Maintenance Team Leader to maintain safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or a similar role is a bonus but not essential – training will be provided.
• A strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Practical maintenance skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the hotel.
• Resolve maintenance requests quickly to minimize disruption.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Support larger projects and refurbishments as part of a team.
• Maintain tools and equipment to the highest standard.
