Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant hands-on experience in maintenance.
• Service-oriented with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete general repairs and maintenance across the hotel.
• Carry out painting and decorating works.
• Support preventative maintenance programmes.
• Maintain guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities.
• Work closely with the management team and external contractors.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance standards are met.
