Job summary

The Thistle Marble Arch hotel in London is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to help keep our property running smoothly. You’ll perform planned and reactive maintenance, fix issues, and ensure guest areas are safe and guest-ready.

Working with the Maintenance Team Leader, you’ll respond quickly to repairs, conduct inspections, and support projects. A can-do attitude and commitment to safety are essential; previous maintenance experience helps but isn’t required.

Qualifications

• A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high‑quality work.
• Practical maintenance skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
• A genuine passion for creating a positive guest experience.
• Experience in maintenance or a similar role is a bonus but not essential – we’ll support you in developing your skills.

What you’ll be doing

As a Maintenance Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our beautiful hotel running smoothly. From fixing minor issues to ensuring key equipment and spaces are guest-ready, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, comfortable, and extraordinary experience for everyone who visits.

Working closely with the Maintenance Team Leader, you’ll tackle daily challenges with a proactive and hands‑on approach, keeping the hotel in top condition. Whether it’s routine maintenance or responding to an urgent repair, your work will make a real difference.
