Job summary

Thistle London Heathrow Maintenance Team Member role within Clermont Hotel Group is based near Heathrow, focused on keeping the hotel in top condition and guest-ready. You’ll work with the Maintenance Team Leader on planned and reactive tasks to ensure safety, reliability, and a high standard of guest comfort.

You’ll be supported in developing your skills, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and proactive problem-solving in a busy hospitality environment.

• A genuine passion for creating a positive guest experience.

Contract: Full Time

Payment: Hourly

Salary: £14.35 per hour

Located close to Longford, just off the Bath Road, Thistle Heathrow is an Airport hotel which delivers a warm welcome no matter how long or short the stay. It has 264 bedrooms and 14 meeting rooms, the largest one seating up to 700 people - meaning it is also an extremely popular local wedding venue. It is the only hotel that has direct access to Heathrow Terminal 5 by POD in just 5 minutes.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our beautiful hotel running smoothly. From fixing minor issues to ensuring key equipment and spaces are guest-ready, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, comfortable, and extraordinary experience for everyone who visits.

Working closely with the Maintenance Team Leader, you’ll tackle daily challenges with a proactive and hands-on approach, keeping the hotel in top condition. Whether it’s routine maintenance or responding to an urgent repair, your work will make a real difference.
