Job summary

Liverpool Inn Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function and drive reliability across the property. You’ll oversee daily operations, supervise the maintenance team, and implement preventive programmes to maximise asset uptime.

You’ll manage budgets, supplier contracts, and energy efficiency initiatives while ensuring health and safety compliance and high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Allocate work, manage rotas, and provide clear direction to the maintenance team.
• Carry out regular inspections to identify issues early and reduce disruption.
• Take a proactive approach to fault-finding and long-term problem resolution.
• Provide reports on maintenance activity, risks, and priorities to senior management.
