Avisford Park Hotel is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the hotel’s maintenance operations, ensuring facilities and systems are in top condition. You will lead a team to implement preventative maintenance, manage repairs, and ensure health and safety compliance for a safe guest experience.

The role requires proven maintenance management experience in hospitality, with solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, fire, and general building systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, Fire, and general building systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations, risk assessments, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
