Avisford Park Hotel is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the in-house maintenance team and safeguard the hotel’s facilities and systems. You will work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include developing preventative maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Experience in hospitality maintenance and leadership are essential for success.

Competenze

• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, Fire, and general building systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations, risk assessments, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
