Job summary

Novotel London Waterloo is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a two-person team, coordinating with Rooms and F&B to deliver top-quality guest stays. You will oversee preventive maintenance, health & safety, and fire safety.

You will also manage energy/consumables budgets and larger Capex projects from a maintenance perspective, bringing proactivity, curiosity, and humor to the role.

Qualifications

• Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset.
• Previous management or leadership role required.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of two and collaborate with Rooms and F&B departments to ensure guest stay quality.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, health & safety and fire safety.
• Manage monthly energy and consumables spend per budgets and forecasts; oversee Capex projects.
