Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain external areas including loading bay and car park to a high standard of presentation and safety.
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding service and standards to guests.
• Complete records for legal compliance and reporting.
• Follow the maintenance schedule and action remedial works to keep facilities in excellent order.
• Assist the Maintenance Engineer/Manager during days off and holidays.
