Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking an Assistant Accommodation Manager in Belfast to lead accommodation teams, monitor room quality, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will coordinate room assignments, safeguard health and safety standards, and partner with maintenance to uphold hotel excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to assist in other departments when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring the quality of work in guest accommodations.
• Assist in room assignments for accommodation and housekeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and SOPs by assisting with regular checks.
• Oversee cleanliness of all public areas to uphold guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to maintain high hotel standards.
