Job summary

Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin in Belfast is seeking a Maintenance Manager to take responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities and leading the maintenance team.

You will allocate tasks, manage daily jobs and preventative schedules, ensure deadlines, liaise with contractors and uphold health and safety standards. A hands-on manager with attention to detail is essential, with knowledge of electrics and audits being helpful and computer literacy key for compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel.
• Knowledge of electrics and health and safety is beneficial.
• Excellent communication, organised, hands-on manager with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Allocate responsibilities to the team and manage daily jobs and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure deadlines are met and liaise with contractors; uphold health and safety on property.
