Job summary

Hilton Belfast is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to keep the hotel facilities safe, pristine and fully operational. You will perform reactive and preventative maintenance, coordinate with departments, and support audits and stock control to minimise disruption for guests.

We value reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel environment. Permanent, full-time contract with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrical work and decorating.
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
• Capable of working in a team and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks to keep the hotel running smoothly.
• Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance.
• Support audits and monitor stock levels in collaboration with the maintenance team.
