Job summary

Premier Inn on The Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne, is seeking a Kitchen Team Member for a permanent role with 15 contracted hours per week. Pay up to £13.06 per hour, including evenings and weekends. You’ll prepare ingredients, cook meals for breakfast and dinner, receive deliveries and help maintain stock and cleanliness. No hotel experience required; full training provided.

You’ll be part of a team delivering meals to guests with a focus on reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
