Premier Inn in Durham North is seeking a Kitchen Team Member for 8 contracted hours per week. You will prepare, cook and plate meals for guests during breakfast and dinner service, helping the team deliver great stays.

This permanent role offers pay up to £13.06 per hour, with evening and weekend shifts, and opportunities to learn kitchen skills and food safety while working with the hotel team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
