Job summary

Premier Inn in Nottingham is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals as part of our hotel team. This permanent role offers 25 contracted hours per week with a fixed schedule including evenings and weekends.

You’ll work closely with colleagues to deliver guests meals, manage ingredients, handle deliveries and keep the kitchen clean and organized. No prior hotel experience is required; we’ll teach you the rest and help you grow within Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
