Premier Inn Castleford (Xscape,M62,J32) is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen daily, manage rotas, place orders and lead the team through busy services. The role offers hands-on leadership and a clear path toward a Head Chef career, within Whitbread's Premier Inn brand.

You will own food ordering, stock control and cost management, lead service, and ensure meals meet quality and hygiene standards while developing your team.

We're currently recruiting in our Castleford (Xscape,M62,J32) location. Working 35 hours per week, paying up to £14.31 per hour.

Join our team at Premier Inn Castleford (Xscape,M62,J32) as a Kitchen Team Leader and move your Chef career forward. You'll run the kitchen day to day - managing rotas, placing food orders, leading the team through busy services, and keeping everything audit-ready. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you'll take full ownership of the kitchen - from food quality to hygiene. It's a hands-on leadership role that's perfect for anyone ready to build the skills to become a Head Chef.
