Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef, or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
• Background in hotels, banqueting or fresh food kitchens.
• A calm, organised approach during busy services.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Pride in producing consistent, high-quality food.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Prepare and serve high-quality dishes for restaurant and events.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards.
• Lead your section during quieter services.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation.
• Work closely with a reliable kitchen team.
