Job summary

Kingdom Services Group Ltd seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to support hotel housekeeping operations. You will lead and motivate the housekeeping team, organise daily tasks and rotas, and ensure guest rooms, public areas and linen meet high standards.

You will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with hotel leadership. The role requires experience in hotel housekeeping, supervisory skills, and a hands-on approach to maintain cleanliness, safety and efficiency in a busy hotel

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping environment.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage a team while maintaining high standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Strong communication and people-management skills and knowledge of health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Organise and delegate daily tasks to the team; manage rotas.
• Carry out daily room and quality inspections; monitor public areas and linen.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues; manage keys and audits.
• Support loss property management and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Work with General Manager/Operations Manager/HR as needed; assist with room cleaning during occupancy.
