Job summary

LGH Hotels Management Ltd. at Holiday Inn Oxford is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support daily operations and uphold high cleanliness standards across the hotel.

You will lead the housekeeping team, train staff, plan daily schedules, monitor supplies, and coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet our quality expectations. This is a hands‑on supervisory role in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team, ensuring cleaning standards and service levels are consistently met
• Train and guide team members, helping them feel confident, capable and clear in their responsibilities
• Plan daily schedules and allocate tasks effectively, ensuring all areas of the hotel are cleaned efficiently and on time
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements when required
• Liaise closely with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to support smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Report any maintenance, health or safety concerns promptly and accurately
• Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with health and safety standards and procedures
