Job summary

HotelCare is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Coordinator to oversee a busy housekeeping department and perform various administrative duties, ensuring cleanliness throughout the hotel and high guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the Head Housekeeper to coordinate tasks, maintain reports, and support operations with a can-do attitude.

The role involves on-site work with flexible hours, potential weekend shifts, and a route to progression within HotelCare.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an administrative or office coordination role within the hospitality sector.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and provide excellent customer service.
• Flexible and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Drafts budget reports, maintains staff records, assigns cleaning tasks and takes inventories.
• Assists in administration for Housekeeping operations.
• Works with housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Ensures all daily reports are completed accurately and filed properly.
• Handles filing, data entry and preparation of management reports.
• Undertakes other duties in line with the post and HR procedures.
