We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Front Office Host to join our Hotel Front Office team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy, customer-focused environment where you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to guests, patients, visitors and staff.
As a Hotel Front Office Host, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests and visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Working within the Hotel Front Office team, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of reception, reservations, switchboard and guest services while working closely with colleagues across the hotel and hospital.
This is a varied and rewarding role within a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will be responsible for responding to guest enquiries, checking guests in and out, operating the switchboard, processing reservations and supporting hotel operations to ensure the highest standards of service are maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual with previous experience in a hotel reception environment or a similar customer service setting. You will be an excellent communicator who enjoys interacting with a wide range of people and can remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
You should be able to demonstrate:
Experience of food and beverage service preparation, knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements, or knowledge of Glasgow and the surrounding areas would be advantageous. A full UK driving licence is also desirable.
