Job summary

Warner Hotels at Studley Castle in Warwickshire seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead the small Maintenance team and ensure proactive, safe, and compliant facilities management. You will drive PPM programmes, optimise budgets and coordinate with other departments to deliver a high-quality guest experience.

You will oversee vendor relationships, maintain health and safety standards, and use data from systems to inform decisions and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality facilities management.
• Knowledge of energy usage and cost-reduction strategies.
• Proficient with facilities management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Plan and programme PPM using systems and tools.
• Manage facilities maintenance budgets including Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) and utilities.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors for specialised services.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across the property.
