Job summary

Away Resorts Ltd invites applications for a Hot Tub Assistant at Tattershall Lakes Country Park, Lincolnshire. This seasonal role involves outside work in all weathers, caring for our hot tubs, draining and refilling on changeover days, and daily chemical testing to keep baths guest-ready.

Trainings provided; you’ll need a friendly attitude, clear team communication, practical problem-solving, and a full manual driving licence.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands‑on role where you will be required to work outside in all weathers. Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will be helping to look after all our hot tubs on site. You’ll make sure they are working properly, drain and fill them on changeover days and test them every day, adjusting the chemicals if you need to.

And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. As long as you’re happy to help even when it’s ‘not your job,’ you’re our sort of person.

Skills, Experience, And Qualities You’ll Need.

We’ll provide training, but you must:

• Have a friendly and helpful attitude when you meet guests and good at communicating within your team.
• Have a talent for practical jobs and for troubleshooting when problems arise.
• Be open to learning – experience isn’t as important as eagerness to learn
• Be willing to turn your hand to anything – guests come first, so you need to be alert to their needs and ready to help.
• Full manual driving licence
