Job summary

Crealy Theme Park & Resort is looking for friendly and reliable team members to help maintain the cleanliness and safety of our holiday resort’s hot tubs and guest facilities. Your role will involve cleaning, assisting with hot tub maintenance, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.

No previous hot tub experience is necessary as full training will be provided. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working outdoors, we would love to hear from you!

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to undertake Health and Safety training.
• Confidence when interacting with the public.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in facility areas.
• Assist with hot tub maintenance and cleaning.

• Support Park Wardens with external maintenance.

Job description

Overview

We’re seeking friendly, reliable team members to help maintain our holiday resort’s hot tubs and guest facilities, ensuring everything stays clean, safe, and inviting. If you enjoy creating great guest experiences in a family friendly resort environment, we’d love to hear from you!

You are expected to be role models in delivering exceptional guest interactions whilst:

• Undertaking daily cleaning in all facility areas on the resort, including toilet blocks, showers, and communal kitchen and laundry facilities
• Assisting the Hot Tub Technician with changing over water and clearing of hot tubs for each new arrival
• Ensuring chemicals are always at a safe level
• Daily testing of hot tubs
• Reporting any maintenance issues and supporting any repairs of hot tubs
• Ensuring the cleaning and testing standards are upheld whilst working to a deadline
• Clearing up spillages
• Jet Washing
• Strimming
• Supporting the Park Wardens in maintaining the camping and caravan pitches and external presentation of our lodges
• Supporting the accommodation supervisors
• Sharing your park knowledge to answer queries from our guests.

No previous hot tub experience is necessary although this is preferred, as full training will be provided, but a passion for customer services and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must.

The Details

• Pay: Up to £12.80 per hour (based on age)
• Hours: Seasonal role, including weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays. Shifts will be rostered in advance,
