Job summary

Away Resorts in Worksop is seeking a friendly hot tub technician to ensure our guests’ spas are working, clean, and ready for use. You’ll inspect equipment, drain and refill on changeover days, and test chemicals daily to keep guests safe and happy.

Join a dynamic team at Clumber Park Lodges, with full-time, permanent hours. You’ll work weekends and bank holidays as needed, receive training, and benefit from the company’s bonuses, insurance, and staff discounts.

Salary: £26,507.97per annum

Job Type:Permanent Contract - 40 Hours per week

What we are looking for

We need you to be our friendly hot tub hero, who delivers delight by making sure that our guests’ hot tubs are working, ready, and waiting whenever they feel like taking a dip.

What you’ll be doing

Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will be helping to look after all our hot tubs on site. You’ll make sure they are working properly, drain and fill them on changeover days and test them every day, adjusting the chemicals if you need to.

And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. As long as you’re happy to help even when it’s ‘not your job,’ you’re our sort of person.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on weekends bank holidays too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need.

We’ll provide training, but you must:

• Have a friendly and helpful attitude when you meet guests and good at communicating within your team.
• Have a talent for practical jobs and for troubleshooting when problems arise.
• Be open to learning – experience isn’t as important as eagerness to learn
• Be willing to turn your hand to anything – guests come first, so you need to be alert to their needs and ready to help.
