What will you do?
Operational Management:
  • Oversee daily operations across departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, F&B, and Maintenance.
  • Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and billing processes for all guests.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow to maintain high service standards.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure all areas are well-maintained and safe.
Guest Experience:
  • Handle guest interactions professionally, focusing on personalized service.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Monitor feedback and implement improvements.
  • Develop strategies to enhance experiences, especially for long-term residents.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
  • Encourage cross-departmental training and teamwork.
Financial Management:
  • Assist in budgeting, focusing on cost control and revenue growth.
  • Monitor KPIs like occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, and strategize accordingly.
  • Manage inventory to optimize costs without sacrificing quality.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure operations comply with policies, regulations, and standards.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure safety and cleanliness.
  • Stay updated on health, safety, and emergency procedures.
  • Implement SOPs for consistent service quality.
Technology & Systems Management:
  • Oversee PMS and other systems, ensuring proper use and data accuracy.
  • Stay informed about industry tech trends to improve efficiency.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Coordinate with other departments and participate in management meetings.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
What do we look for?
  • At least 2 years of management experience in hospitality, such as hostels or aparthotels.
  • Knowledge of PMS.
  • F&B experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related fields preferred.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are valued.
