What will you do?
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations across departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, F&B, and Maintenance.
- Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and billing processes for all guests.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure all areas are well-maintained and safe.
Guest Experience:
- Handle guest interactions professionally, focusing on personalized service.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Monitor feedback and implement improvements.
- Develop strategies to enhance experiences, especially for long-term residents.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
- Encourage cross-departmental training and teamwork.
Financial Management:
- Assist in budgeting, focusing on cost control and revenue growth.
- Monitor KPIs like occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, and strategize accordingly.
- Manage inventory to optimize costs without sacrificing quality.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure operations comply with policies, regulations, and standards.
- Conduct inspections and ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Stay updated on health, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Implement SOPs for consistent service quality.
Technology & Systems Management:
- Oversee PMS and other systems, ensuring proper use and data accuracy.
- Stay informed about industry tech trends to improve efficiency.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Coordinate with other departments and participate in management meetings.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
What do we look for?
- At least 2 years of management experience in hospitality, such as hostels or aparthotels.
- Knowledge of PMS.
- F&B experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related fields preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are valued.
