You will lead by example, demonstrating what great service looks like, and be actively involved in all aspects of daily operations, from welcoming guests to ensuring a smooth dining experience. You will also have the opportunity to build a team culture centered around passion, dedication, and creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will love being in the dining room, balancing team and guest needs, and maintaining high standards.
Experience managing teams and restaurants of a similar scale is essential.
