Join us as a Catering Manager - Skelmersdale at Dine Contract Catering Ltd

We are looking for a passionate Catering Manager to oversee breakfast, lunch, dinner, vending, and hospitality services at our client's site. This role offers up to £33,000 per annum (DOE) and requires flexibility as the site operates 24/7, although the role is primarily Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and standards
• Supporting the culinary team and overseeing food safety and health documentation
• Managing stock, waste, and financial transactions during shifts
• Supervising food preparation, production, and marketing alignment
• Analyzing costs and managing gross profit

About You:

• Previous experience in a Catering Manager role, preferably in contract catering
• Culinary experience is essential
• Ability to drive innovation, sales, and manage budgets
